To assist us in evaluating the issue, we ask for a photograph of the flowers or gift. We will promptly respond to quality issues within 24 hours after receiving the photo.

In case of a non-delivery, please notify us within 1 month from the date of the order being sent. Each case will be examined individually, and we may offer a redelivery or refund as appropriate. Please get in touch with us regarding your non-delivery concern.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 – 5 business days after the customer has been notified that their full or partial refund request has been approved.
